Employed as a worker providing services to the needed machinery Pawan is satisfied, being happy with his job as he is successfully able to give his family three times meal and fulfill all their needs.

Working 12 to 15 hours a day, Pawan only gets time for his family at night and on the weekend (Sunday only).

He is satisfied with his job as he says, "it is satisfying as the work provides the support to my family needs and many people are suffering through unemployment and I m happy at least I am working" this clearly shows how devoted he is to give his family a better living.
